In my high school theres this teacher and he calls students names like a R cant say the word anyways one day he said something about my grandad I told my mam and she said I should have sworn at him.He has had multiple complaints by the school but they just wont do anything about it.He also made people in my school cry beaucuse he said stuff about their parents who had died from cancer which Really made me furious. Rant over

I agree teachers in high school are really bad to students, there are some good and some bad in every school but most always think they are better then the students.
Just wait till you go to Collage as they treat you like an adult and repect ypu as long as you give them respect.
Also instead of complaining to the school about the teacher doing this to students you can contact the main school board as they are the ones that employ them and can fire them so look for the school board and if they don't do anything i'm sure your parents or other peoples parents can take this higher then that.

I agree with what this guy is saying, however it wont work without evidence. A teachers word against a students is no contest, the teacher will always win. If this teacher really is as much of a bastard as you portray him/her to be and you want to do something about it; you must force him/her into the subject of your grandad and get him/her to repeat what was said before and have the whole conversation recorded. If it was really offensive then taking that to the main school board will be a victory for the student.
Good luck if you take my advice, it will work providing what you say about the teacher is true. ;)

I've had quite a few bad experiences with teachers, but the best thing you can do is ignore them and hope to get better teachers next year.
There's going to be people like that everywhere; school, work, sports, ect.
Just try to hold up till next year is the best I can say.

This is a key reason that I feel tenure is a bad thing, even though I have had teachers that I hope never get fired or whatever because, they were great teachers.
Report him to the office, make complaints, be relentless.

This topic reminds me of a incident at my school. So at my school most students mess around with the teachers for fun, but this one teacher, lets call her, Rat, This "Rat" Is known to be in a cult of some sought, So one day one of my friends was messing around with the teacher,(misbehaving), And the "Rat" just lost it. He ended up picking up the student from their desk chair, Grabbing him by his shirt, Throwing him out of the class Through a glass window. My friend ended up breaking his Collarbone and fractured his left wrist because of this. Mr' "Rat" ended up going to Jail for this.
Moral of this Story is, Some teachers are crazy, But half the time it's because the Student was driving them crazy.

Like AR-15 said be relentless, and say things back. I've done it. If a teacher says something along those lines to me they will get an earfull. I've done it before it's not that bad. Worst comes to worst you sit in iss the rest of the day
