im trying to install in to my device and im getting this

Is your device rooted? If it is, download an app called "Market Helper".
Its an app that enables incompatible Apps play through your device.
But this is ONLY if your android device is "rooted"

You would know if your device is rooted. Its basically like the jailbreak of the iPhone.
I wont discuss on how to get it, there is google for that but i would just like to say for the entire process to get your device rooted i would just recommend to use your browser on your device. Since its on Alpha, theres quite a bit of bugs on itself.

As far as i know, there isnt.
Since the staff has mentioned a bunch before, they would like to focus on the actual website first before they move it to the apps on the Android and IOS devices.
