What do i use to take a pic (screen shot) on PC what do i get to do it?

You could use Lightshot or Gyazo. I prefer Lightshot though much better.

Download a software called Gyazo

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

After installing it you click on the icon then highlight that you want to take a screenshot of

in a web browser a new tab will open with the screenshot you took and url

if you want to show it on TTG then copy the url and do this on the reply or create a topic

Download a software called Gyazo

I use bandicam as it let's you record and take pics and its free.

As the others said I would suggest gyazo its your best bet!

Use gyazo. It's the best IMO.
