I have a save file that you can download. It starts you off at the very beginning. You are level 30 and you start in the goodsprings schoolhouse. You have all the perks and everything. In the schoolhouse they have all sorts of weapons and armor. Even armor from fallout 3! I'll upload it if you want me to. Just tell me the file sharing site you want it on.

What it does:
WARNING:
I did not create this save. All credit goes to TooTooBang!
To use, just open in Horizon/Modio and change the ID's to your accounts ID's. Rehash and Resign. Put it onto your flashdrive and transfer to xbox.

Start off at lvl 30 all perks
10 points on all S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
100 points on all skills
Spawn in the goodsprings school house with boxes filled with everything in the game, more or less the testing hall but you can go back in and the boxes will still be there!
Unlimited health
100's of all items
accessory's like gloves and rings
Unlimited carry weight
Starts off right after you leave doc mitchells house(so you still have the whole game to beat)
Just like the god save from fallout 3
Some items from fallout 3 that you can't normally get like the enclave armor from fallout 3! and Tesla armor from fallout 3!
A guy you can talk to that changes your rep with all the groups
Super fast reload
Extremely increased throwing distance
Be carefull if you press (x) to take all in some boxes it may freeze your xbox
