My budget is about 400 give or take and I'd like to buy a PC that can run cod4. I mainly jump on xbox but as it gets old, I'd like to step it up a notch on PC doing some CodJumper. Post some websites maybe that have cheap parts or whatever? I have no clue how to build a PC but I am eager to to learn!

With 400 you are not going to get anything good. You really might want to think about saving up more.
