Is the world cup update only for next gen ? Also do we get free packs for 360 users ?

its for all consoles and how the packs work is you pay 5k for a pack of untradable world cup players and every packs includes a free gold pack.

the world cup pack will be untraeable but the free pak inside is for normal ultimate team and that pack will be tradeable
