I have bit rate set to 13.5 for capturing video, but everything looks somewhat choppy while viewing current recording on my PC. Playback of saved files is also choppy when viewing. Screens look great when I'm sitting still in COD, but as soon as I start any type of motion...it looks like the game was running at 5 frames per second.

Any advice here?
