On stunt montages i see people backflip really quick before they land ? Also how do you glide ? Will plus rep

On your left analog while in air, hold it down and your car will start to backflip. If you don't have enough air and you land the wrong way, your car may blow up.

It all depends how fast your going when you hit the jump anhd what kind of car you are driving

If you're talking about doing the Backflip really quick on a motorcycle, you pull back, and about half way, let go of the stick and it will automatically balance you back out. Resulting in a really fast back flip.
As for the glide, all you have to do is hold your bike upside down without it flipping back over in mid air.
