I was just interested in getting a cooler for my pc as it only has the standard CPU fan. When playing games my CPU and GPU get up to 70-80 degrees.
My specs are:
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 1GB GTX560
CPU: Intel i5 2500 - 4 Cores - 3.3Ghz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H67-V (LGA1155)

EDIT: I have a slot in my case which is 90mm

The max for the CPU is 92 degrees, so you don't need a new cooler. What is your budget however.

It depends what case you currently have. If you don't have any case fans then you can install some and that will improve case temps, but if you use the stock cooler on your processor that may be the cause of high core temps.

There are no case fans in my computer which I'm pretty sure about.

My mates have got the H80i cooler and they say it works a treat!

It's 65 GBP / 100 USD

Technically speaking you can add a few fans even if you dont have the slots for them, but if your thinking about buying a "Water cooler" and have the budget then thats your best bet.
I took the liberty of searching up some items you can check them out if you like, they can be a bit pricey but im sure you can find one around your area for a bit of a deal or buy online

Installing case fans are pretty mush as easy as it gets, but the cooler might be a bit of a hassle, you can YT installments to help you out. Also try to get yourself a bottle of "Compressed Air" you can get them cheap at Wal-mart 3 for $10 and make it a habit to dust down all the parts in your computer(CPU,GPU,Fans,Harddrives pretty much all the Guts inside) at least Once a month if not more if your room is dusty. That will clear up heat, and may make your PC faster
