Okay, so I AM NOT a website designer in anyway shape, fashion, or form. I decided to create this for entertainment purposes ONLY, however I did not finish the whole design. If I get good feedback I will finish it, just for the hell of it, The Image below took me about 2-3 Hours to do, Enjoy

The design doesn't look bad, but it also isn't original. Every other forum uses close to this design. Good job on this, but try to go out and make something completely different and original!

I like the general layout and design.

Except for the excessive use of scanlines.

And the I dislike the 3D text up top.
Everything else here is 2D, so it throws it off.

The Official Information bar thing, is very bright.
I'd make it match the same shade as the "Series" text up top.

I like the reflective style for the site name at the top. But could do with more lighting or brighter colours.

I'm sorry, but most forum sites have the same basic layout as all the others

Try to be unique or 'different' to the others, try to offer something someone else hasn't offered!

Keep up the good work the design itself is pretty decent.
