Well, I saw rockstar post something last week about it coming out sometime this week, which I later found out was today. But no, they deleted the post and they won't be releasing it for a little bit longer.
Why you ask?
Because of the glitchers who had done the Money Freeze Glitch, so if you've attempted this glitch, and questioning why it didn't come out? Blame yourselves.
By the way, this post didn't mean the topic is an argumentative way, it may look like it, I was just stating the cause and effect.

I believe its because they didnt want to release it yet STOP POSTING TOPICS about it, we can quite clearly see it didn't come out and no its not always glitchers that make DLC come out, they have to make sure that the content is fine 100% pretty sure you wouldn't want a screwed up DLC would you?

Oh, this isn't the only reason, this is just one of the bigger reasons they didn't release it.

you blame glitchers so you're telling me that you 100% since the start of GTA havent done any glitches, if you have then look whos the dumb one imo glitches make the game fun.

This a pointless topic. All of these are just assumptions made by people looking for someone to blame. Rockstar hasn't been 100% on DLC since the release of the game.

It didn't come out because it was not supposed to. Some people came up with a theory that it would with no supporting evidence. It will come out when Rockstar says it will.

Thank you for this and even if it was supposed to come out today, the exploit was fixed, so why would they make us wait any longer than a week?
