Can someone please tell me why I can't even get the Quit menu to pop up?

Not working at all for me, watched the video and everything. Could they have hot fixed it yet maybe or am I just doing it wrong?

EDIT: Worked perfectly, had to get the timing right, thanks so much!

Naa bro definitely not fixed but like i said i found and uncovered the glitch and it still takes me a good 10 tries to get it right!

Ok, finally managed to do it but it doesn't let me sell cars.

has to be from this patch i couldnt sell some of my cars kept saying "cant sell cars over 50k"
