I have a super high bounty in Whiterun and now whenever I go to White run all of the guards instantly attack me once I go there. I was wondering if there is a way for me to remove.

Have you tried sheathing your weapon in front of a guard who is about to attack you? Most of the time in my case that causes them to stop attacking and initiate a conversation with you (giving you the option to go to jail), do that and your bounty should be erased.

Just go to jail, then steal all of your stuff back.
