You think so? I quite like the shading, it gives it a mosaic feel. I can see some concern with it, but I think it's a great touch lol

I quite enjoy the shading work you did here, but the jaw line, I'd suggest toning it down, it goes out of the color spectrum a little bit in my opinion. As well, define the nose a bit more, it blends just a little too well with the cheeks.

I enjoy this piece, cool little experiment you did. Turned out well.

Thanks a lot for the great feedback! Yes, I did notice the jaw line colouring looked a bit out of place and will be fixing that straight away. I will see what I can do to make the nose stand out a little more as well. Thanks!

I like this piece...

Seen many pieces of work in this style. There's a few bit's that you never executed very well, but I guess your new to this style.

In a nutshell, you've done a really decent job.

Here's a piece I really like in the same style.

Thanks for the feedback, and yes, this is my first pice of artwork I've made with this style so I know it's not going to be great. I have also seen that piece you like, however with mine I tried to create it using solid blocks of color instead of gradients. Maybe next time I'll try it out with gradients? Anyway thanks for commenting your thoughts.

I like this a whole bunch! It's an unusual style, to create a picture using shapes rather than making each part individually. Very different, and well done!

I would alter the hair though. It doesn't seem to be shaded as well as the face
