Yes, you would have to program it yourself. I would not recommend getting a dual nand due to the fact that if you host on the glitched side and get banned, the retail side gets banned as well and you can not unban it.

Or you could just flash the hack nand with a different kv before you host so the one on the xbox doesn't get banned.

Aslong as you don't use the original kv then no it won't get banned

to answer your question, using jrunner you would need to get the demon .xsvf timing files and flash your coolrunner with those. how to do this is when you plug your semon in, you will have the option at the top that says demon. you will need to go to custom nand cr functions, click on .xsvf and choose the file that you want to flash to your coolrunner, after that then you would create or open an xebuild image and click write image or nand. then it will take anywhere from 20 seconds to about 50 seconds depending on how big your nand is. then after that your set, your coolrunner is updated to the demon timing file and your hacked nand is on the demon. so you would be good to go
