The way i see it :

They get coins for promoting them, so either way they are winning.

their sponsorships help them create better videos.
I know a lot of the higher youtubers such as Tobiias and Calfreezy make a significant amount of money JUST off promoting coin websites alone.

They promote a website for 10 - 20 seconds, they receive a lot of coins or actual money in compensation. They produce better videos, and gain more subscribers, the cycle continues.

i THINK we would all sell out given the choice, but with the exception of not being an actual coin buyer, rather just promote coin selling.
