Take a look at this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I dont know if you mean buy parts and build your own or build it online and get it. I bought from here, it is fairly cheap for what you get. You can customize it with the available hardware.

No no no no no, don't buy a pre-built unless you really want to waste money.

here is a build that will kill anything, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] For less money you can get a cheaper case, get a cheaper OS, Get a cheaper cpu cooler.

lol basically the same build can get cheaper stuff? your build is $200 more expensive
he wanted a build on a budget, your build your provided is $72.14 over his budget, not trying to be technical but seriously why comment on this when you know that both builds are the same? Why provide this if it was over his budget? I think he would be fine with a $900 build to be honest. Thats what I have and it runs fine, i guess its all on preference as well but seriously $800-$1000 build would be fine.

There's only a $58 price difference and the 770 outperforms the 270X. It's a no-brainer to go with darkshadow1299's build.

Before I start, I am going to list both of your builds in a spoiler, just so it is easier to understand what I am talking about.

TTGxVIOLENCE-
AMD FX 9370
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
16GB 1866MHz RAM
Radeon R9 270X
600W PSU
2TB HDD

darkshadow1299-
Intel Core i5 4670k
Z87 Extreme 4
8GB 1600MHz RAM
GeForce GTX 770
650W PSU
1TB HDD

Now, "TTGxVIOLENCE", it is hard to make out what you are trying to say. You've listed about 3 different prices for your "build". Firstly, it's a pre-built, that is a big no. If there's one way to waste cash, it is buying pre-built PC. The parts are nowhere near the same. "darkshadow1299"'s build has a much better CPU with a better CPU cooler and a much better GPU.

Here is what I would go with;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
There is no need to purchase an OS, as you can 'obtain' it for free. There is no need for 16GB of RAM unless you're editing/rendering. 8GB of RAM is more than enough for gaming. Absolutely no need to waste money on a 600/650W PSU when a 450W PSU would suffice. I have added a cheaper CPU cooler so I can save you a bit of money, the one I have chosen will still perform well. I have added a cheaper case and cheaper RAM. I have also gone with a little bit of a cheaper mobo. With the money I have save you from all this, you have enough for an SSD which is pretty much essential in a build this expensive. I have also managed to save you enough money to add a GTX 780 to the build instead of a GTX 770. The GTX 780 is one of the best GPU's you can get. It will perform fantastically and do pretty much anything you want it to.
