Iphone 5c problem

I found my phone off the charger this morning and i plugged it in , and its just stuck at the boot logo thing
Once i tried using "Tiny Umbrella" it dosnt work for me it just goes back to the regular boot logo , dosnt work. Any Suggestions work

Have you tried plugging it into your pc and seeing if anything comes up on iTunes ?

I looked into it a little more after we got off TeamViewer, the only true fix is to restore it! Sorry

Even when i try restoring it i get an error which is error 3194 , sucks man i just want my phone back
