Anymore information? Do you need a mouse, keyboard, monitor or OS? I'm assuming not but if so, you can edit the following build a little to include whatever else is needed. The following build should be able to do what you like and will play most games on high settings.

There's no need to spend the extra money on a 4670 when you can get a 4570 for $30 less. They perform almost identically, the 4670 is possibly a tiny bit better but not noticeably. Also, the GTX 760 is going to perform much better. It's definitely worth the extra $45, especially if you save $30 getting the 4570 instead of the 4670. Although, the RAM in your build is much better than that in my build. You've also chosen a better HDD and your build has an SSD which is always a nice addition.
