my frames in games keep dropping all the time ? why?

Sounds normal, you're never going to maintain consistent fps.

most games crash after 10mins of playing i game and 1920by1080 on nearly every game and i drop frames from around 100 to 30 on minecraft old gpu would only drop around 5 fps and be stable this r9 270x is not very stable and crashes my pc

Install newest drivers, or remove them all and do a fresh install. I doubt it is getting warm but you never know. If none of that works, email Gigabyte or wherever you got it from, it could be faulty
