Im in war-film type. Sure I can go for comedy, horror, common action, you name it. But my favorite genre by far are war films.
Well I just finished watching the Lone Survivor and man, I dont even know what to say. I dont want to say anything about the movie in case of unwanted spoilers but man. Has anyone else seen it? What'd you think. I can overall say the movie put me through the happy, sad, suspense, and jaw dropping.
Please, if you have seen it, feel free to comment. Im really interested in what people have to say about this. Also, if you like war films or perhaps just shooter flicks in general, WATCH this movie!

I liked it, i thought there would be much more to the whole move but overall it was good. Like you said, there where a lot of suspense filled moments. The ending was pretty intense as well "i won't spoil it".
I loved war movies growing up and it was even better knowing it was based on a true story.

Was in my top 20 of all time.
Top 5 of this year!
Great movie. The only bad thing I have to say was the character development. We didn't really get to see much of the characters side, but more of the action.
Im ok with this, but it made me not really care when a character died, as I didn't know very much about him.
Overall, great special effects and based on a powerful and true story.
