I have some suspicions the battery is going to be terrible because its running a quad core processor 2.5Ghz, 3 gigs of ram not only that its running wifi, 4g/3g 24 hours a day.
The biggest battery use is probably going to be the screen hefty 4k display so idk.
So guys i really want to buy this phone but do you think the battery will be terrible?

Are you sure you want to buy that phone though ? I did researched and I saw a lot of it being not that different from the S4 or anything like that. Correct me if I'm wrong.

They made it .1 inches bigger PLUS they added a new back to it lol... but it's hard to live up to such hype that the community was putting out for it since the last 2 had been such a success.

Most likely.
I have a S3 and even that battery life is pretty bad.

Um... The S5 does not have a a 4K display. It's 1080P. "5.1 FHD Super AMOLED (1920 x 1080), 432 ppi"
It also does not have 3GB of RAM. "RAM : 2GB"
The only difference from the S4 is it's a bit taller and more bloated. Just buy a Nexus 5 or the M8 when it comes out. Samsung is a waste of money. It also looks like a band-aid.

The S4 active has a dustproof and waterproof case built-in, I am not sure if the 16mp camera will benefit everyone as I don't use my camera at all to be fair and the fingerprint isn't the deal breaker for the phone..... You say he has no clue, yet you mentioned only 3 features and not all of them like the new screen, CPU+GPU upgrade, the fact the front camera is 5mp 1080p (Not to sure about that)
I would just wait till it is much cheaper around 300pounds or the dollar equivalent as that is the most I will ever spend on a phone (250 has been the highest but the limit is 300) or you can go for an S4 or look into HTC as they are my second favourite phone company.
