can you get a CPU key from a XBOX Slim that isn't jtagged or rgh'd from its serial key

No, if you could then kv's would be stolen from like every xbox considering every retail box had the serial number to scan and in plain sight. A hack is needed sorry bud it's not that expensive to send it in to someone who can.
