just swap the plug wire that goes into the brick of your PSU for a UK one.
( normally your PC power lead will do the trick.

A pc power lead?? what do u mean i also read u have to buy us msp aswell????? also that u have to have a us telly because uk tellys run on PAL us tellys and games are NSTC? Looks like ill b usin us ebay lol

You can literally download games of the corresponding region on your computer and put it on your Xbox. YouTube it.

As for the PSU, I really don't see how it could be different. If it is, purchase a Slim power brick from your seller. You don't need a "converter" or anything like that, just purchase a PSU from your seller.

I'm not sure why you would have to purchase MSP, considering an exploited Xbox isn't primarily supposed to be used for online.

If you're buying an Xbox from the United States, the region you would need is NTSC - U. Though, I'm not sure if it matters at all on an exploited Xbox. I've heard both sides.

I suggest asking your seller these questions.

Firstly, you'll just need a slim PSU with 3-pin plug that works in the UK, so just buy a UK version of a slim PSU. You won't have to buy US MSP. As far as I'm aware, just make an account and make sure your location is United Kingdom and you should be able to use UK MSP cards. You will need to use US games in this console but you can just "attain"(if you know what I mean(nothing illegal going on here)) NTSC versions of games online and burn them to a disc or FTP them to your HDD.
