I'm currently using shadowplay, and it is the best one I have tried yet.

I use fraps personally but i'd say if your looking for the best alternative then shadowplay, however just remember on that file size that after you render in vegas or premiere you can delete your original huge file and just keep the small rendered one

I use FRAPS. 1080p video but it takes up a lot of storage space. (Ex: 15 Min gameplay is like 100 GB's or more) Plus you may have to torrent it or if you want buy it. But I recommend it 9/10

Edit: By the way. This is to the people that suggested Fraps...
I did say in my original post that I was looking for a screen recorder that wasn't Fraps...
