I don't really understand what you mean here!? Are you trying to say the XB1 is not exploitable? The Titanic was deemed "unsinkable" and look how that turned out. Modders ALWAYS find a way. Their will be some sort of exploit for the XB1. Whether it is released or not, is another story.

Anyway, the system must have a nand(or something similar) to even boot. The file system and hardware is completely different in the XB1, compared to the XB360 though, so if an exploit ever is released, it won't be a "JTAG".

There could be but not by using any exploits which are out currently. To whoever said they extracted the XboxOne Nand using the "JTAG" is wrong. eMMC.

The Xbox One's dev settings can't be manually set... buuutt they can be set by an application to switch it into 1 of 9 different environments.

There will be a way come out sooner or later there will be for any console but have none of you thought that some of the Microsoft team will have specific jobs just to prevent this from happening, thus meaning that there will be some of the team on websites like this reading everything that is said. They will ruin any chance of modding until there is another console in my opinion

But there is seriously a few ways to perform a few good actions and development. Every Xbox One is in a Production environment (Retail Unit but with Limited Development) which can be changed.

The 9 Environments are actually interesting. I have researched most of them and the Xbox One since release. What I found is that the console can receive certain calls. Certain gaps in the system which you can allow a connection to change the environment.

- Certified
- VINT
- Stress
- Test
- INT2?
- DNET
- Authorized Partner
and Just a development kit.

Each environment of developer consoles has limited Documentation as well. Regardless of developer, your documentation is not full.

The Nand was already extracted from the console thats where ms slipped.

Some sort of exploit will come out on the XB1 just like the 360's, if it does it will cost a lot of money so hardly anyone will purchase it.
