If you have your mind set on the whole pre-built thing I would probably go with the one I linked above the graphics card is better and if your budget is 1400 I am sure that you can manage to save an extra 100$ to get the pre-built one I linked. Just my opinion someone else might no more than me though best of luck however.

UPDATE: So after going back through, I chose other things and I came to this,
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.50 GHz 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 (All Venom OC Certified)
HDD: 2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive)
MEMORY: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR3/1866MHz Dual Channel Memory (ADATA XPG V2)
MOTHERBOARD: MSI Z87I AC mITX w/ OC Genie 4, 802.11n WiFi+Bluetooth, Display Port, GbLAN, 1 Gen3 PCIe x16
SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO
VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 3GB GDDR5 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card (Major Brand Powered by NVIDIA)
Those are the new specs copared to the old ones and at about a $400 difference, is this worth it?
