I have almost those exact specs. You should have no trouble running any games.

Tad unbalanced, the processor is way more than you'd need it for assuming you'd be using it for gaming. The graphics is probably the lowest card you'd want for gaming and you could get something much more powerful if you chose a i5 processor instead.

I agree of what you said on the graphics car it seems a really bad for your build, however he did mention that he wants to stream and do videos which means that an i7 might benefit him more than an i5 would because he is doing more things than just gaming. I am not a professional at building PCs this is just from what I think I know. Hope I could help.

As the OP said he wanted to do gaming and recording i'd direct the build mainly towards gaming, as both tasks would use similar parts.

If you tell us your budget and location then we can put together a build that would suit your needs. If you want it in a smaller form factor like the initial list you put there we can accommodate that too.

In that case you can get pretty much what you want on that budget. Here is a build from Newegg assuming you have all the other gear you need.
