One thing through people tell me i cant because i get console banned?

If the console is only flashed then you can go online with it. Microsoft can't detect if the drive has been tampered. There is always the chance of people reporting you if you ISO mod but you can go online with it.

There is no way for anyone telling you if its safe to go online with since we dont know how you burn your games or what equipment you use to do it with. If you burn games 100% and abgx passes the iso then you should have nothing to worry about. Also it depends what dashboard version you are on now and what lt firmware you using. If you're doing a dashboard update then it's recommended that you flash the original firmware to the drive before you update because during the dashboard update it will do drive firmware checks. Sometimes it will only flag your console, but there's always that chance of ban, and during an update that risk goes through the roof. You can still go online, but you should flash OFW to the drive, update, then reflash modified firmware just to be safe
