He might save the series.

I think Mark Wahlberg is a great actor especially in Pain & Gain so it will be interesting to see him take on the roll in a Transformers movie and maybe finish the movie since it is "Age of Extinction".

It's sad though that Shia LaBeouf isn't in it to finish it.

I can't see this working. mark is a great actor yes, but Transformers was about 1 person! Sam... And now that he ain't in it, i think it will fail.

:facepalm: Dude, Mark is Sam. This movie takes place 10 years after the 3rd one. Do you honestly think Sam would look the exact same after 10 years? Again, :facepalm:

I'll still watch it but it will be different with a whole new cast.

IMO I think they shouldn't make another one.
The first two were amazing but the 3rd was a bit iffy.
I don't feel as if the series should continue.
They should just end it instead of dragging it on.

Don't get your Shia Labeouf fanboy undies in a bunch. He quit acting, which is why he isn't in the movie, and this movie takes place 10 years from the 3rd one. Sam Witwicky can't look the same after 10 years, so they chose Mark Wahlberg as Sam's grown up self.
