There are good gaming monitors called BenQ. They are pretty expensive but worth it.

It really depends on what you're budget is and what you prefer. Most definitely get one that is 1080p or 1920x1080 and supports a HDMI Cable.

I would look into ones that have a IPS LED display.

I also recently picked up this monitor. Very good in my opinion and it has all the features you want. 2 HDMI ports, full 1080p capabilities, 1ms response time for FPS games and more! I got it for $135 off newegg, right now I think they're going for $169 though.

It has audio as well so you can plug your headset in.

If you play both xbox one and pc the best monitor on the market is the BENQXL2720TX 3D ready also. If your just xbox one id go for a cheaper monitor like the benq RM series or asus 24inch. All hsve fast response like 1ms and 120hz upwards refresh, bearing in mind xbox capps at 60Fps but if you use pc also you get the specs worth for your money plus you get the extra bonuses of black qualizer and proper adjustment of settings ect.
Hope this helped.
