I keep getting this blue screen when i try to boot up my computer saying " your pc has ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you." and then as something else pop up to get collected, it restarts and then says preparing automatic repair at the bottom of the acer boot up screen and then shuts off.

This is a Acer Aspire S7 running windows 8.1

the only thing ive used this for is to play a few games on. The games are installed on a Seagate external hard drive. So the only other thing that didnt come from the windows store is iTunes(which has not been used) and Google Chrome.

Also it has no cd drive and did not come with a cd.

any help on how to fix this?
