Unless you're using a CRT monitor or running in windowed mode, I can't imagine why you would use that resolution. If you're playing demanding games like BF4, the 760 is the best card at the $250 price point.

If you're not running at the native resolution of the display, things can look strange. If that's actually the native res, that's very odd.

To answer the question you edited into your post, yes. But you can get a board that will do the same thing for almost half the price.

Also 1824x1026 is the only thing that fits the screen

On the Nvidia control panel it says the native resolution is 1360x786
