NOTE
You must have a Netflix account already.

TUTORIAL:
1.Go to the xbox dashboard
2.Go to Network Settings
3.Go into your network and hit configure network
4.Go to DNS settings and press manual
5.Type 109.123.111.24 or 192.95.16.109 as the primary and leave the secondary
6.Press done and it will disconnect you from xbox live
7.Reconnect and launch Netflix

you can do it on the computer as well you use a proxy.

I dont see why it wouldn't. Im not sure how to access the DNS settings on it but if you know how, give it a go.
