3.Hit "edit" then "add"
4.Add Repo.Biteyourapple.net
5.Hit "add source" then "add anyways"
7.Search for LocaliApStore
6.Wait for your device to download the repo
7.Wait for Device to Respring
8.Go to settings and find "LocaliAPStore" and enable it
9.Load a game with in app purchases
10.Buy the pack you want, and when it asks to "type password" for your itunes.. Cancel it!

BOOM
YOURE DONE.

If you cannot find the tweak in your settings, install "mobile substrate fix".

Try deleting the app and installing again.
Not 100% sure this will work though.
People said it worked for them so i put it on the list
