Synopsis
Doritos Crash Course 2 is the sequel to the XBLA smash hit Doritos Crash Course. Run, jump, slide and wall jump your Avatar through 4 new worlds of irreverent obstacles, traps and pitfalls. In this 2.5 platformer, compete for medals and find stars to progress. Use your stars to unlock new courses, power-ups and vanity items. Compare your best time against up to 3 asynchronous game clips of your friends.

Gameplay
In Doritos Crash Course 2, the gameplay is moderate and well paced. The player will be pitted against 3 other players, 3 AI's if playing in single player or 3 other human players when playing online. The player will be able to sprint for a short distance to perform a long jump to another platform. Player will be able to collect stars that are placed throughput the obstacles to purchase extra stuff for the player and coins which are rarely earned when the player reaches a certain requirement. The player will also be able to perform a slide maneuver when running down a downward slope. Players will have to dodge obstacles that would either knock them down into the water or slow them down as if they are running on a treadmill. Doritos Crash Course 2 isn't really different from its predecessor other than having different locations and having little extras for the playing to buy for looks or boosts. This game is best played when playing with friends since players get excited, rage, or just get too hyped over the amount of action and fun they are having.

Graphics
The graphics in Doritos Crash Course 2 have a much better and cleaner quality than its Predecessor Doritos Crash Course. The balance of the variety of colors is great in this game which makes the obstacle course intriguing to look at when loading up. For a game of its type, the cartoonish graphics really makes the game stand out from the rest of the platform games since the graphics in this game are so crisp and balanced. When the player hits the water, the player can see the impact of the water as it waves and see the water drip from their character that gives it that realism effect whcih is neat to see.

Controls
The controls in Doritos Crash Course 2 aren't really different from its predecessor, Doritos Crash Course. For players that have played the first Doritos Crash Course game, shouldn't experience any difficulties in playing this game since the controls are quite similar. But for those players that rarely played or haven't played the first Doritos Crash Course game should experience some mishaps and trouble since the game requires the player to use a variety of buttons and movements to play. The new players should get the hang of it after a few games, and also the obstacle courses does notify the player before performing an action the button or controls to execute before proceeding which should aid any player that is having trouble with the controls.
