I am looking at building my first gaming PC. I started working this year, but I also need to purchase a car by the end of this summer, so I am giving myself a $1000 dollar budget on the computer. There are only a few things that I am looking for.

I want it to be easily upgradable. This requires a tower with extra room for additional memory and video cards along with a good power supply that can support additional components.

Use an intel core high i5 version at least.

I would like to be able to stream with this set up, so 16 GB of memory would be nice, but it certainly isn't an immediate requirement as I said I am looking to upgrade in the future.

I assume this is for a gaming build, if it isn't let me know what your intended purposes are. Do you need a monitor, mouse, keyboard, or any other peripherals?

It is for gaming. I would like to be able to stream games with it as well, but that is not an immediate requirement since that is something that I can upgrade it to in the future if need be.

I do not need a monitor, but if you want to include a mouse and keyboard that would be great, just keep in mind I don't need anything expensive regarding Keyboards or Mouse.

Here I'll use the checklist to make everything simpler (I should have done this in the first place sorry).

What is your budget and currency?: $1000 USD
Do you need a monitor: No
Do you need a keyboard: Yes
Do you need a mouse: Yes
Do you need an operating system: Yes, Win 8
What will you use the PC for: Gaming, Steaming is a secondary option, but not necessary right off the bat.

Like I mentioned earlier, I would like to upgrade it in the future (add another graphics card and more memory beyond the initial 8mb) so please take that into account with the PSU. I no longer care what brand of processor is used, cheapest with best results is fine.

For a video card, I would prefer a GTX 760 that is not overclocked. I might purchase this one today since it is 11% off for the time being.

Any help would be appreciated. My main issue is that I do not no the best brands or what brands are compatible with each other.
