Try doing squats, planks, sit ups and go into situp formation and hold it halfway for 30 seconds to a minute.

1. Find a healthy diet online
2. Do a bunch of ab workouts 3 times a day every day it will be hard but it will pay off, I would say do just crunches and situps but there's much more than that, go on YouTube to find some.
3. Here's the last and hardest part, sticking to your diet and workout. I have trouble myself keeping up with bodybuilding and eating healthy so I do it with two friends, you should too! Welcome

ok, running does a tad of core work but doesn't help at all he needs straight up an workouts, jogging for your core does just as much as benching for your core lol no XD

You can't pinpoint an area of the body to lose more fat there, you have to gradually reduce fat from your whole body.

Losing fat is all about calories in and out. Figure out your TDEE and adjust your diet from there. The more exercise you partake in will obviously help, but losing weight is 90% diet/10% activity.

he's just doing abs mate, a high source of protein starting off ab workouts will make him "fatter" than he is no offense just using terms.

I'm no fitness instructor, but:

  • Cut down on carbohydrates.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Try core exercises such push-ups, sit-ups and the plank.
  • Watch YouTube videos to learn methods of exercise and facts about your body... 'SixPackShortcuts' is a good channel!
