Its only if your having trouble with your xbox one like your disc being broken or the sytesem turning on or off FACTORY problems with your xbox u callem and tempe and they usally give u a free game But not all the time

When I got my xbox one at midnight release it wouldn't turn on the power box was dead, i returned it to best buy and got a standard edition not day one edition because they ran out if I called them would they send me a game maybe? Is it worth a try?

you shouid have called them first they wouid have gave you a code for game of your choice dead rising,son of rome,forza5,or zoo tycon. You call but there gonna ask u a lot of question what's your xboxs serial number and stuff but u can make some bull crap story up and tellem and go along with it and if he offers u a 1 month gold or something just say can I have something else instead that's what I did and I got son of rome he told me the code over the phone butsome times he can email it to you but my xbox was in working condition I just made something up and got a free game SURE GIVE IT A SHOT HOPEFULLY IT WORKS FOR U

just go on there website go to trouble shooting or customer service and go down to step 3 and click on one of those options or go to to call back number enter your number and they will call you and start chatting with them I toldem y disc drive fails on me sometimes it reads disc sometimes and other times it. Makes a grinding noise and refuses to read disc just make a common xbox one issue up and say ur having trouble and yea thtas it

well yes and no depends just say I dint have a credit card on hand and like ur gonna return the sytem to the store and buy a playstaion or something try to scare them like this they asked for a credit for me I simply told them I do not have a credit card I have cash only the ask for a card because there going to send reeplacme out to you and just in case you don't send the broken one back they charge 500$ cost of the system but if call them and things arnt working out just hang up and if they call u back just say we go disconnected and hang up agin and block the number
