I would take this with a grain of salt. It was found by a Reddit user (not gonna post his name here) who says he was messing around with some link and stuff on [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] - He inserted some text in to a puu.sh URL and got the following audio:

It sound pretty clean to me, what do you think of it?

I am super hopeful. I am a die hard Fallout fan. I've played every single one even Fallout Tactics. Loved them all. I NEED Fallout 4!

Very Good post man, i hope these fallout 4 rumors are true, because that sounded like sort of majestic music, like sort of modern. so maybe the fallout has advanced? Cant wait to find out.

It sounds very much like a Fallout song, I love the radio on Fallout, great soundtrack
I know all the words to most of the New Vegas songs xD
