You could upgrade the RAM, and that's all i would advise to do. Stick another 4GB in there and it should speed things up even more.

Could I do anything else other than RAM? Like something to get better fps? I get like 68fps on Garry's Mod on Medium. and 1 on Red Faction Armegeddon lol.

No, not if it's a laptop with a soldered GPU chip.

a video card might help alot, that thing is dated, id recomend a gtx 650 or if you have some money A gtx 770 also the processor is extremely dated, aiming for a intel i5 series processor or higher would help immensely. but you may have to upgrade the mobo for that. and i dont think the power supply will support much more then what it came with so youd have to upgrade that also

I might aswell build a whole new PC. But the Graphics Card is Intergrated. My Motherboard is a GeForce 9200. So, I don't wanna build a new PC. I wanna upgrade a little bit on the most I can.

geforce is nvidias video card, not a mother board and that is not integrated graphics, like i said its your video card. the main issues are your processor and video card. if you just put a new video card in you risk bottle necking. so that pc is hard to upgrade. you can probably put something like a 560 ti in without hassle, but the rest of your computer will hold you back from reaching this generation. but it should help with the fps on most games.
