Just buy a cheap one of Ebay, like 60 GBP for the box on its own?
Try just blowing on all the parts and the exhaust, ect
Or put a cool damp cloth over it if it's just happened

3 rings? leave it for a couple of days and try again i had 3 rings 3 times on my old one the only reason i stopped using it is because console lag

u sure it's not your wires. i'm sure i had 3 red rings when my wires were acting up

You will probably have to get a new one. Getting it fixed would cost more than its worth. If your disk drive still works and it is the correct one I have a falcon that the disk drive is broken. This would be a good solution if you are planning on getting a nex gen soon. I will send it to you for cheap as dirt so if you are interested pm me ;)
