Hope this is in the right forum

Can some help in if there is a way

Every time I try and sign in to my XBL account . it comes up with security proofs and when I put me email and password in . It comes up with some error . Can anyone help Thanks

Go to xbox.com and efter the code and check what the error is for

my friend puts his account on a usb then sign in then moves it back over to hardrive

The guy who said about the USB thing is right but he didn't explain it fully.

You've got to put your profile on a USB drive and sign into it offline, then move the profile to your HDD and it will ask to sign you out, click yes. Once it's moved it should then automatically sign you back in and skip the security proofs thing.

I think if you click back on the security proofs it will just leave you offline, if not disconnect your internet and connect it back one you've signed in offline.
