I would like to see more vehicles, car mods, houses/garages/apartments, hairstyles/clothes/tattoos, and better heists/missions/races.

There is still a lot of work for them to do.

I personally think we should be able to have more than one garage, a personal hanger, a personal dock, or they create the ultimate 12 car garage with rooms for bikes and up to 2 boats and a 1 spot for a utility vehicle to tow the boat. My personal opinion. I really wanna buy more cars.

They should add eBay where you sell things to other players for your price or sell stuff to friends
They should also add NASA and add a moon station where you could buy other weapons or clothes or cars

A way to add people to a temporary crew or party like Red Dead Redemption.

I want them to add a back to the future DeLorean DMC-12 so you can go back in time to do missions and you will have to pay like $15k

I think they should add like drag strips to where all the people can meet and show off their cars for the people who get tired of doing the circuit races and add drag racing!
