For me it's probably a mix between getting hit in the balls or getting hit by a car. Luckily when I got hit by the car there was no serious damage done.

Most pain for me, other than breaking my foot and walking 5 miles was rupturing both ear drums. It was 4 weeks of constant pain. I had no relief because doctors are shit. I contemplated suicide. Thats when i went to ane for the 5th time.

For pain, if its constant and intense, concentrate on it. Think about the pain itself. The way it pulsates and sways from different levels of pain. Dont think of it as sore, but something you try to feel. As soon as you do this you forget pain being sore but another feeling. Just like touch, you touch it and understand it more. Its a weird analogy but it damn works,

One of the muscles in my thigh was pulled longer in my right leg. It still hurts like hell and it was 5 years ago.

Probably when I got hit in the face with a baseball and chipped a few teeth and had some get knocked out (it's happened a few times unfortunately). I'd honestly rather take a shot to my nuts than get hit in the face again.

The worst pain I've ever felt are from having kidney stones especially from when I had 2 in my right kidney and 1 in my left all 3 at the same time..... I've had them since I was in 4th grade and the doctors said my body might continue producing them the rest of my life and might eventually have to have surgury
