This mission is called ROOFTOP RUMBLE and it is available from Martin at level 75.
This mission basically gives you the same RP as THE PARKING GARAGE mission except you also get 25k in cash. So you are getting 4,500 RP and 25,000 cash and it takes about 10-20 seconds.

How to get the mission when you reach level 75:
Do 2 of any of Martins other missions by calling him or waiting for him to call you.
Do 1 random mission from anyone.
Go to Start Menu and go to Find New Session
Wait a little bit until you get the call from Martin. (You may get lucky and get the call earlier but this is how me and the few friends I am playing with did it.)

HOW TO COMPLETE THIS MISSION QUICKLY AND PROPERLY:(Grenade Launcher preferred. If not, get stickys and grenades)
You need to kill 6 enemies and Destroy the documents and the mission will finish. Sounds easy? Because it is easy!
You will go to the parking garage where the mission is located.
When you get there go to the side of the Garage that has bushes lined up to where you can jump on top of the bushes and see inside the garage.
Climb on top of the bushes and you will see your targets in the parking garage. Their will be a black car in the front to the right(this is where the documents are located)...fire a grenade at that car and another one to the left to guarantee you hit 6 people.
MISSION DONE.
(Have everyone in your party in the same crew to gain more RP)
SPAWN POINT IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE GARAGE TOO.

I am having this problem as well. Can I do the same mission twice and will that count as two?
