Hey I just did some tests with CrystalDiskMark on my pc and got 133.7mb/s read and 129.3mb/s write speed.

Is that good?

Also I know this is off topic but please answer. Right I play Minecraft at 1920x1080 and full screen maxed out fine at about 70-125fps and every time I try to record it drops to 12fps no matter what and I turned the settings down to as low as possible and I got 320fps so surely I was able to record but nooo it drops to 12fps same with every other game recorder I use. Any help with that?

Thanks!

It could be your graphics card. I use to have that problem, I could never record any FPS games, it would lag terribly and be unplayable. Once I upgraded my graphics card I have had no problems since.

Your CPU may be the problem. Minecraft is heavily reliant on your cpu, and having FRAPS open could possibly put it under too much strain for it to handle.

OR,
Your RAM may be the problem. Possibly you do not have enough RAM to handle recording and having multiple programs open at once.

What's your CPU, RAM, and GPU?

That sounds about right for an higher end 7000rpm drive like a WD Black for example.

No I custom built it myself and I even choose the specs. It was a perfect build for my budget!

Alright. Well anyway, the issue is the GPU.
I can recommend a new one, but I'd need a budget.
BTW, what's your wattage?
