Noble said that if you get reset, Send him a personal message with proof of purchase and he will "Re-Do" you at no expense.

Possibly they had an error recovering your account, or a related problem, such as you where banned from BoPs. Also i'm sure you have to send the payment as a Gift ( i do not know as i have not yet purchased), If you sent it as a transaction, (under most peoples terms) they refund it as it can create problems with his paypal account.
