Regarding Console bans the XBLPET are issuing
I don't understand why you guys come on here to complain/post they are issuing console bans. We know they are, it does take a smart person to find this out.
Why are they? Lets see your doing something illegal,would you want to be sued? or will you just want the console ban? Its fraud related and also not allowed on TTG forums. Like iLuSioNz statedEDIT:Depending on how much you stole will depend on the console/account ban issuing

Console Bans are NOT being issued unless you have banned warned 2 other times (which is 2 12-31-9999 bans)Then you will be issued a Console ban on your 3rd account ban

Avoid getting banned
First thing is first - If you like to report member's on xbox to be rude or to get back at someone read this before you do it.
Before you report them for any reason you must known that when you report someone they always do a back round check on you, which means if you broke any rules they will issue you a suspension or ban depending on what you did.
Ex:
I got into a 10th lobby a month ago, I then filed a complaint on another user for cheating. The XBLPET will look at my history on the account I reported that user on and they will see I got into a 10th lobby, they will ban me. Then they will handle the member I reported.

Profile violation usually work this way: 1 strike= 24hr, 2nd strike= 1 week 3rd strike= 2 weeks...
Any kind of modding,10th lobbies,modded avatar,modded years played etc will result an a 12-31-9999 ban a.k.a Perm-a-banned.

Talking about DDOS,threatening etc will result in a 24 hour suspension then 1 week etc.

Trying to override 12-31-9999 Bans
You can NOT File complaint on a banned gamertag(12-31-9999) It will not work for this reason.
Ex. Say you got banned for swearing. Now your banned for 48 hours(2days) and that same day you got banned for motto abuse which is 24 hours(1day). In 24 hours you will be unbanned from Xbox Live and now can go online and play, but you're still banned from talking to people for another day because 48-24=24. Its the same way with 12-31-9999 That is counting down so a 24 hour ban for a motto abuse will last one day so now you have one less day from the 12-31-9999 ban.

I have seen many question rising up about consoles bans and what not. I will answer some now.
Q. If I get console banned,can I buy a new xbox without getting banned?
A. Yes,they banned your other console for breaking a Terms of Use violation, but you can buy another one. However, if you break the Terms of Use again, they will console ban you again.
Q. If I buy a new console, can I use my hard drive from my banned xbox?
A. Yes, they only ban the xbox, also if you did something with the account they ban that to.
Q. What should I do with my banned xbox?
A. I would sell it on Ebay,or try selling it to a trusted seller for cheap, they can use that and RGH it.
Q. Can I get IP banned from xbox?
A. Yes, but it is very rare for that to happen. I have had over 50 consoles bans(including Kv's) and never been IP banned.

What the online gaming community has come to know as a "JTAG" is an Xbox that utilizes the SMC exploit. This exploit causes a re-boot into the 4532 kernel. This kernel was made famous by the KK exploit (King Kong), where a bug in the hypervisor was utilized to run unsigned code. The SMC exploit is a faster version of the KK exploit (as in, it boots faster), and allows for the running of unsigned code. The SMC exploit is limited to consoles running kernels prior to the summer 09 update (7371). It is also true that there are several patched CBs, which prevent the exploit. Due to the need for a console which has not been updated, they are naturally scarce and once demanded a high price. Credits go to robinsod, tmbinc, SeventhSon, Martin_sw, and Tiros.
RGH
The Reset Glitch Hack is a new type of method which allows the running of unsigned code. Explained by free60: "We found that by sending a tiny reset pulse to the processor while it is slowed down does not reset it but instead changes the way the code runs, it seems it's very efficient at making bootloaders memcmp functions always return "no differences". memcmp is often used to check the next bootloader SHA hash against a stored one, allowing it to run if they are the same. So we can put a bootloader that would fail hash check in NAND, glitch the previous one and that bootloader will run, allowing almost any code to run." This hack requires a "glitch chip", which will send the signal. These range from the original Coolrunner-II made by Digilent, the Matrix by Infinity Mod, Team-Xecuter Coolrunner, X360Glitch Chip by SoulHaven, and the Stinger by Maximus. These chips have an Xilink chip which is capable of sending the signal fast enough for the glitch to properly function. The benefits of the RGH is that it doesn't require a non-updated dashboard to run unsigned code, meaning you could run 2 or more NANDs, which allows you to run it as a retail with one, and run unsigned code with the other. It is also able to work on the Trinity motherboard (original slim motherboard), which the SMC exploit is not. Since this hack runs on almost any Xbox (some have CB_Bs, which don't allow the hack to run, and others have unglitchable CBs: 5772 and 6752; for now), which means that the only limiting factor is the number of Xboxs produced by Microsoft. Credits go to GliGli, Tiros, cOz, Razkar, tuxuser, and Ced2911 Ultimately, since they have the same outcome, they are theoretically the same value. However, I value the Reset Glitch higher than the SMC exploit, because of the ability to still run a retail dash on Xbox Live, without consequently causing the glitch to fail.

How to find your Secondary error Code
turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing.
Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
Release the eject button and press it again.
The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights.
