I am a little upset, Mafia told me the slims were new, I just got my package and it smells like cigarette smoke, I can even see dust on the fan through the top of the case....

the systems are new, some have been sitting on the rack for a while collecting dust... I always sanitize them before shipping, your welcome to send the console back for a refund.

before you send it back take every usb device out including hard drive only have the power brick and av cables plugged in and try to boot

Yeah no usb device or hard drive was plugged in, so that can't be it. It's no big deal, these things happen. As I said to Mafia earlier, it's likely something that happened during shipping, so I'm sure it's not the fault of the seller. I heard my package went through Bell Gardens, CA and apparently they're one of the worst USPS locations lol. Hoping I'll have better luck the 2nd time!

I know mafia has way too many vouches, but I just thought I would create a good review for him.

He packages his items with almost every sort of protection there is. I had to go through three layers of heavy packaging to finally get to the xbox.

The mail arrived in about 4 days. He has pretty fast shipping with USPS.

I would say that he is an excellent seller.
